反应的也是大跃进的内容，一个生产队萝卜种的大，大家都分别展示，一个比一个大，最后结尾好像大家忽然发现自己所在的房子也是一个超级大萝卜。

山樹東吉は内外商事の総務次長だ。長女の京子、次女の夏子、三女の晴子はすでに嫁いで、現在は妻の信代と末娘の恵子との三人暮しの毎日だ。その恵子も、東吉の同窓鈴鹿剛平の息子三郎と婚約して、やがて巣立とうとしている。或る夜、山樹は同窓会の席上、ガンで療養中の秋山にその病名を知らせる可きか否かで鈴鹿と口論となり、ついに恵子、三郎の縁組もあぶなくなった。だが若い二人の心は、幸せでふくらんでいた。こんな山樹に、小さな事件が訪れた。東吉の世話で、内外商事に入社した弟の康介が、会社の公金を百万使い込んだのだ。後始末を頼まれた東吉は、三十年かけて築きあげた地位を守らんため、預金七十万を康介に手渡した。そして残りの三十万を証券会社から受け取ったまま、山樹は謎の失踪をした。急拠集まった娘夫婦や、康介は、今はやりの人間蒸発ではないかと、各人各様な推理を働かせては、信代を不安に陥し入れた。河野美枝が山樹家を訪れたのは、そんな時であった。美しい娘の登場に“事件の陰に女ありと”思わせたが、実は、美枝は戦争中山樹の愛人だった美枝の母との間に生れた娘であったのだ。そして、結婚の仲人を頼みに来たのだった。山樹が家出して十日たった。こちらは大阪のジャンジャン横丁。ポン引き、コールガールのたむろするホルモン焼き屋で、快気焔をあげる山樹東吉のうれしそうな顔がある。一方山樹家では、半ばあきらめて二週間目をむかえた。そんなある日、玄関の戸を開けて“帰ったよ”と平凡な声をかけて入って来た東吉の姿に、信代をはじめ、娘たちは呆然とした。恵子と三郎の結婚も決り、山樹家に静けさが訪れた頃、秋山は遂に死亡した。数日後、山樹は、鈴鹿に失踪の理由を「動機も理由もなく、美しい空を見ていたら、いつの間にか汽車にのっていた」と語った。

In the racially divided town of Anderson, South Carolina in 1976, football coach Harold Jones spots a mentally disabled African-American young man nicknamed Radio near his practice field and is inspired to befriend him. Soon, Radio is Jones' loyal assistant, and he becomes a student at T.L. Hanna High School. But things start to sour when Coach Jones begins taking guff from parents and fans who feel that his devotion to Radio is getting in the way of the team's quest for a championship.

Carrots quickly multiply against a black background, then decrease in number, after which is followed a similar succession of peas. Both are then shown mixed together in a single shot, as they move around each-other in stop-motion. Color filters of red and green and a negative of this shot are used, before it gives away to a single stationary scene of the veggies. A narrator is heard speaking backwards all the time.

Once a famous singer, Choi Gon is reduced to doing gigs in cafes after being involved in a scandal. When Choi Gon gets arrested after an argument, Park Minsu, his manager, seeks help from a director of a radio station, who agrees, with a condition.

In April 1933, Korea’s Japanese occupiers launched the country’s first radio station, JODK. It broadcasts propaganda so as to better brainwash the Korean people into becoming loyal Japanese citizens. In need of a Korean producer for a radio drama about the greatness of Japan’s Asian Empire, they appoint Lloyd Park, a young man who has only joined the radio station through his father’s connections.
